Services include individual therapy sessions, and I can provide both in-person and online appointments.

Unfortunately, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer to how many sessions you’ll need. The duration of therapy varies greatly depending on individual needs and circumstances.

Some people find significant progress in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We’ll regularly review your progress together, and you’ll always be involved in decisions about the length of your therapy.

In-person sessions are £60 (50 mins)

Online sessions are £55 (50 mins).

You can cancel or re-arrange an appointment 24 hours before, please contact me urgently if you need to change.

The frequency of your therapy sessions is flexible and will be determined collaboratively, based on your individual needs and circumstances. Typically, sessions are held weekly or fortnightly. However, we can adjust this frequency to suit your schedule and the intensity of your needs. We’ll discuss this during your initial consultation and throughout our work together.
