How to Book a Session

Scheduling your therapy session is effortless. My online calendar displays live availability, allowing you to choose a convenient time. Enter your details, and receive instant confirmation. To personalise your experience, I’ll contact you for any additional information. Secure payment is available via major cards and digital wallets.

My aim is to streamline the booking process, allowing you to focus on your well-being. From booking to session, I prioritise your ease and comfort, creating a supportive therapeutic journey.

Find your session on my Fresha platform and choose your time. If you have any issues please get in touch.

Face to Face counselling available :

Monday 4pm-9pm
Wednesday 4pm-9pm
Thursday 4pm-9pm
Saturday 9am-4pm

When booking please book in those times for face to face, if another time is booked I will contact you to re-schedule.

If its online counselling you can book anytime in my calendar.
